1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms have the meanings assigned to them below unless context requires otherwise:

4 Account Registration

Registration on 54bat requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, a valid mobile number, and a preferred payment method. You agree to update this information promptly if any details change.

54bat operates a strict one account per person policy. Maintaining multiple accounts — whether under your own name or under aliases, or sharing devices or payment instruments with another registered player in such a way as to create the appearance of a single player operating multiple accounts — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. All duplicate accounts will be closed without notice and any balances held across those accounts will be voided.

By submitting your registration, you represent and warrant that all information provided is truthful, accurate, and not misleading. 54bat is not liable for any loss arising from your provision of incorrect registration details.

54bat reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason for such a decision.

5 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 54bat Login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. You must not share your login details with any other person under any circumstances.

All transactions, bets, and actions conducted through your account whilst your credentials are in use are deemed to have been carried out by you and are binding. 6 Deposits

7 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to payment methods that are registered in your own name and that have been used to make at least one prior deposit to your 54bat account. 54bat does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are processed in BDT and are subject to KYC verification. First-time withdrawal requests and requests above a threshold determined by 54bat's risk team may require submission of identity documents before processing commences.

54bat aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval in Bangladesh Standard Time. Processing times may be longer during high-volume periods, public holidays, or where additional verification is required. 54bat does not charge withdrawal fees; however, your payment provider may deduct their own applicable charges.

Withdrawal requests will not be processed where a player's account holds an active bonus with an outstanding wagering requirement. Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn directly; only winnings generated from the completion of a wagering requirement may be transferred to a Real Money Balance available for withdrawal.

8 Bonuses & Promotions

54bat offers bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to individual promotion-specific terms published at the time each offer is made available. The following general bonus conditions apply to all 54bat promotions unless an individual promotion's terms expressly provide otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. New player welcome bonuses are available once per player, per household, per device, and per payment method.

9 Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on 54bat are subject to the specific betting rules applicable to each sport and market, which are published within the relevant sports betting section of the platform. The following general rules apply to all bet types:

• A bet is confirmed and binding once you receive a bet confirmation notification from 54bat. Bets cannot be amended, cancelled, or reversed after confirmation except where these Terms & Conditions or the applicable sport-specific rules expressly permit it.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the settlement of a bet, the official result as recognised by the relevant sport's governing body — including the ICC for cricket, FIFA for football, and the BPL governing committee for domestic league fixtures — will be used to determine the correct outcome.
• 54bat reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where a palpable error in the odds was made, where there is evidence of match manipulation or spot-fixing, or where the event in question was suspended, abandoned, or declared void by the relevant governing body.

13 Account Closure

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial betting and gaming activity. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the 54bat platform without 54bat's prior written consent.
